Go to the folder where your gadget source is located and open the file
gadget.gmanifest with notepad. You will find an XML structure with an
<id>XXXXXX...XXXX</id> tag somewhere. The XXXXX...XXXX part is the
unique id of your gadget. You might have modified an existing gadget
which means that the id is already being used by another gadget. You
will need to create a new id using a GUID generator. Just go to
http://www.randomguid.com/ to get a guid. Replace the text between
<id> and </id> with this new guid and then rebuild and resubmit your
gadget.
