If the location changed then you can't submit the gadget with the old
UUID while it is still listed. You could delete the gadget from the
old URL which will result in an Error 404 which will remove the gadget
from the gallery when it is updated (but probably takes too long).

The easiest way would be to upload the new gadget with the same UUID
to the new location and send a mail to gd-developer AT google DOT com
or a response to your approval mail of the original gadget and ask for
the URL of your gadget (include your name, gadget name, current URL
and UUID) to be changed. This way there will be no interruptions to
the availability of the gadget and your users can easily update to the
new version.
