Try to use the RSS Feed - Google Desktop Gadget Creator from Benjamin
Schirmer.
On the website you do next:
1. You give the URL line of your RSS feed.
2. Choose a style for your RSS gadget.
3. And download the gadget directly online.

I also use this for one of my gadget. And i like this online RSS
creator.
