Use this Indexing Plugins.
http://www.desktop.google.com/plugins/i/tweakgds.html?hl=en

TweakGDS allows you to modify advanced, undocumented setting for
Google Desktop Search.
+ Here you can change the path location of the index. (so change index
location from c:\ to f:\)
+ What drives or folder must be indexing
+ how many resutl must show on Google Desktop Search ...

It's a great program to check you Google Desktop index!
