Given that git repositories (i.e. even locally cloned/stored .git directories) are full/complete repos (in terms of logs, history, etc.) -- it would be good if google 'desktop search' tools were able to index/search all of the historical contents (i.e. be able to understand .git format) of .git folders (local repos) and present the results as complete documents (e.g. earlier versions). the location of 'found' documents may be done as 'download-on-the-fly' style or be located in tmp dir (configurable).
is this possible? if not -- is in 'on the cards' ? kind regards leon zadorin. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Desktop Developer Group" group.
