I couldn't find a more specific group, so I'll try this one: I'm using a Brazilian Portuguese localized version of Windows, and the time format on the results page for Google Desktop is wrong for the brazilian locale.
The problem is in the "Short format" (dates in the current year): it says "Jul de 16", when the correct format would be "16 de Jul". The "long format" is correct: 31 de Out de 2008 Brazil always writes the day before the month.
