Apple, Yahoo... are a differents kind of gadget. And mostly use not
the same program concept.
Example Google Desktop -> gadget design is done in a XML file. And the
code in javascript or vb.

But mostly to code in the gadget is the same on all other gadget types
(Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo). So no need to convert it.
Only few things change.

Just check the sample of a Google Gadget here in the Google Desktop
API.
