Hi,
The document exported with Save as Doc command are full with errors.
Microsoft Word is able to open them after a repair but it is a problem
for other word processors.
You can see the errors by following these steps:
1. Select Open from File menu in Microsoft Word
2. Select the exported file from Google Docs
3. Click on the arrow at the right of the "Open" button
and select "Open and Repair"
4. Look at the Sow Repairs dialog.
Currently I see these 2 type of errors:
Numbered Styles
Sections and Headers
