Hi guys, I'm seeing the same results. RawDocContents has been replaced by an new Export feed, and that feed doesn't seem to be working correctly. Note, I DO NOT see the full HTML doc (e.g. <head> tags, etc.).
I've filed a high priority issue: http://code.google.com/p/gdata-issues/issues/detail?id=902 Please star it.
