Update... The doc was formatted correctly only when using the Documents UI 'Download as'. If you are using the RawDocContents/Export feed, I see the same issues. See my post over at http://groups.google.com/group/Google-Docs-Data-APIs/browse_thread/thread/e294a1f68e7f9a82#
