Update...

The doc was formatted correctly only when using the Documents UI
'Download as'. If you are using the RawDocContents/Export feed, I see
the same issues.  See my post over at

I've opened an issue (http://code.google.com/p/gdata-issues/issues/
detail?id=902).  Please start it.
