We create and publish a commercial newsletter in InDesign, which is distributed to a large private email list. I would like to have the ability to upload to Google docs in lieu of sending the email as a PDF attachment, through a third party contact management system (especially with the latest problems with PDF encryption). Is there a saving suggestion from InDesign to convert and upload a nice quality publication that you can recommend? The file is typically 8 -10 pages and 850k when saved as pdf doc.
