Through UI following is possible : Account A has a document. Shared the document with the Account B user. Now delete the document from Account A. There is an option available to change the ownership while you delete the document. Changed the ownership to account B and then deleted the document from Account A.
The document from Account B is intact and is not deleted. Is there a way to achieve the same thing via API.
