Please correct me if I was using the api incorrectly. I also tried http://docs.google.com/feeds/documents/private/full/-/folderName?type=spreadsheet to try to filter the docs, but it doesn't work either. I had to parse the id to check if this document is a spreadsheet or not Thanks Charlie
