Below is a wireshark log when the move operation was executed.
As you can see, I sent below atom:entry which was a reponse entry of
the document creating operation into "A" folder,
that is "1. Upload a document to folder 'A' ".
Do you think the my posted atom:entry caused this problem ?

Even if the posted entry caused the problem,
I think it seems to be reasonable to post the response entry again
for moving operation as Atom protocol perspective.
What do you think ?
