Dear Eric, Though several weeks ago I could correctly download word processor as "txt" via http://docs.google.com/feeds/download/documents/Export?docID=123&exportFormat=txt, currently the downloaded document contains unreadable characters, especially containing Japanese characters. When I downloaded as other format, "html" and so on, the content of the document is readable.
Was the encoding changed recently ?
