I hope this isn't a stupid question ... but how do you create an
AclFeed (and then an AclEntry) object with the .Net SDK? There's an
overloaded Query method in the CalendarService class that returns an
AclFeed object, but nothing in the DocumentService class.

If there is a good reason why an AclFeed can't be created with .Net,
what is the recommended way to access the role and scope ACL
attributes of a document?
