I'm new to this, and reading the API documents I have a couple of questions.
1. When uploading eg. a Word document, do I send this as binary, or do I need to base64 encode it first, and specify this in the Content- Transfer-Encoding 2. Do I need to specify the content-disposition headers ? 3. If I want to upload this document to a particular folder, is the folder_id mentioned the name of the folder, or do I need to first get a list of folders, and extract the folder_id from that list first?
