yep its some thing like spreadsheet%3A... url encoded.
here is the sample ids of same spreadsheet with different ids

http://docs.google.com/feeds/documents/private/full/spreadsheet%3A0Am5t1jrnK9SjdHNtbUtwUGFOSWdiY1NCQ0xCTnBzVmc
both refers to same spreadsheet but one from spreadsheet data api and
another from document list data api
