You can create an external form(form on your web-page) that stores data into
google spreadsheet using *google spreadsheet API*.

I have recently only done exactly this - created a form that takes in data
frm the user; on submit, form data goes to spreadsheet, user/siteowner gets
email, and user is redirected to the home page of the site.

You'll have to get somebody who is familiar with google spreadsheet API and
a programming language like PHP or Python
