I had the same issue yesterday with the iGoogle sandbox (I am using the iGoogle sandbox on IE7 with one account, and the iGoogle production on FF3 with my main account). I did not take the time to troubleshoot what was going on, and today, iGoogle sandbox loads fine on IE7. This was hopefully just yet another transient issue.
