Hi there, The gadget directory page screenshot is not served from your website, but from a Google cache. This cache is updated every 1 to 2 weeks, along with the gadget directory content for your gadget. You just need to be patient, the update should come. If after 2 weeks of updating your gadget or image you still do not see the screenshot updated, then please put a link to your gadget here, and a Googler will look into this.
