Uday, I assume that this has just started? If so, it probably means that Google is continuing to ratchet up the user count threshold, below which inlined gadgets are shut down.
Thanks for the info; I still disagree with the policy, but it's at least helpful to know that Google is indeed heading towards shutting down all inlined gadgets.
