Hi Ashwin,

Unfortunately the GGE is tied to your Google account, so no one else
will be able to edit the file there unless they are logged in as you.
However, if you'd like to share your code, you can create a Google
Code Project Hosting project and serve the gadget out of the SVN
repository. If you give others access to the project, they will be
able to edit the XML and have the gadget update.
