I have to say that I have heard of many similar problems and frustrations with respect to slow updates and, in many ways, I sympathise with you. However, the way in which you express your frustrations is not likely do you any favours in this group; indeed you would have be particularly naïve to think that this sort of outburst will help your cause.
Despite this, I can advise you that there are alternatives to the Official Themes API which offer more rapid updates which you may wish to explore.
