Well lets think about this...

First problem I can see is a user that has only a myspace account or
an orkut account.  How are you going to show a profile for each when
they don't exist?
Second issue is the idea of open social being hosted by a third party
non-open social platform.  OpenSocial is a universal API to retrieve
information about any given account.  My understanding of this is that
you can create web based client applications "gadgets" that will work
inside the containing platform (hi5, orkut).  I very well could be
wrong about this but it seems hard to believe that they would allow
access such that a third party site could syndicate the user's
profile, thus averting the user from said platform's advertisements
and chief revenue source.
