I think not. Authentication happens by way of a cookie hence you can
only be logged into one account at a time.

Why not save yourself some pain and just rejig your accounts. Setup a
filter to forward mails from on account to another and then setup a
reciprocal filter to label all the forwarded mails. Save you having to
constantly log in and out too. Works nicely for me :) Is that any
help?
