Hello everybody. I am a bit concern of privacy using Google services.
Today I discovered Google "Gadgets" on iGoogle.
And just because I wanted to subscribe to one interesting theme, and
I
do not use rss. So that site had an option to add a gadget to
iGoogle.
So I clicked, and IT (iGoogle) appeared.
The first thing I saw was - right in the middle, shamelessly staring
at me - was Google built-in weather gadget. And it showed...my postal
code!!!
The thing is, that I never entered it during google account
registration - and why do I?
But few hours earlier today, I was buying something in online shop,
and I entered my postal code. Well, I guess, Google, without asking
me, collecting personal information - spying on me!
NB! My location was actually different from the postal code I entered
during shopping and which was showed in iGoogle Weather Gadget.

Any ideas ??? Links??? Thoughts???

Thanks.

If my message will not be published, it would be very kind, if you
would give my question to the appropriate recipient.
Thanks.
