I recently updated Firefox for Ubuntu GNU/Linux and I get the same message the very first time, but I didn't mind about this, and the message did go away. Sometimes, when I surf from Debian GNU/Linux Iceweasel I get the same message in very specific issues, normally without post-side effects.
