Hi Ty, Unfortunately, no, the syndicated gadget "+ Google" link just go to the page to add the gadget with its default settings. I don't think we can alter that in anyway. The obvious workaround is to add your own Add to iGoogle link in the gadget iframe. I've done that on some gadgets for syndication because of the broken feature you are pointing to.
