I agree with this one hundred percent. I don't want the horizontal
spacing of my webpage taken up by something I can just click on when
it's on the page anyway.

I want it to be removed, as well, because it leaves an entry in the
cookie that makes whatever page I'm on, having clicked on that tab,
the new home page!! So if I hit the "Home" button when I'm in gmail,
it just refreshes that gmail panel!

Oh, and in the gmail panel... it doesn't use hyperlinks! It just types
them, and doesn't link them at all so you have to paste them into the
address bar. There are no END of bugs in this new setup, and it seems
as it if it wasn't tested at all!
