Hi everyone, I have been reading the developers guide, security information and I beginning to think what I been tasked with may not be do-able. My company has asked me to make a iGoogle gadget that a user could add to their page to track personal information about their account from our database.
So for example, lets say I was in the phone business... they want a gadget which would show the minutes they used and minutes left. To do this, I would need to make sure that person using the gadget first had to sign in every time and also from reading the documentation, I would have to us oAuth. Then from their our website would have to have certificates added trusting Google stuff. My question are: 1. Am I on the right track of understanding? 2. How do I save the users information for our sight so they dont have to log on each time? 3. How can I prevent someone else using the computer not be able to find the other persons information. Let say for example they used a computer at the library, I dont want the next person who sits down to be able to find and use that information. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "iGoogle Developer Forum" group.
