Hi Ravi, iGoogle currently supports opensocial-0.7 and opensocial-0.8 in the developer sandbox, only. In addition to that, the gadgets.* and opensocial.* features have been temporarily disabled due to a bug, which should be fixed early next week.
If you wish to develop on iGoogle, as well as other containers, I would suggest using gadgets.* and opensocial.*, and waiting a little longer for the sandbox to work again.
