Hi String, That issue tracker is to be used for iGoogle questions that relate to OpenSocial, but drag and drop (or just gadget migration) between tabs isn't an OpenSocial issue. It's not really a igoogle-legacy issue either. It's a general product issue, and unfortunately, general product issues don't have a tracker, they just have this group: http://groups.google.com/group/Google_Web_Search_Help-Personalizing/topics
Rest assured, I've voiced the need for the ability to move gadgets between tabs, and I've been told it's being investigated. To sum up: issues with _IG_* calls go to igoogle-legacy, issues with gadgets.* and opensocial.* go to opensocial-resources, and issues with the iGoogle product go the the group above (generally speaking). I am fine with some spillover discussion in this group, assuming it is discussion from actual developers, and not new people stumbling upon this group when they really want the consumer group.
