Hi Rohit,

I believe there are plans to support OAuth gadgets on Google Apps, but
I don't know of any public timeline for this feature.

In the interim (and if I understand your problem correctly), it might
be easier to write a type="url" gadget pointing to another server
which parses the feed via OAuth.
