Hi Dan, Thanks for the info. Some questions, remarks and suggestions on this issue;
Do you know where I can ask about the trademark infringement? I want to know what I have to change to get on going again and file a counter notification. Is it standard procedure to pull the plug without warning? If somebody would have send me a warning I could have taken proper action (there's an e-mail addres in the gadget). The 5,000 users of the gadget don't get any information on iGoogle other than "Information is temporarily unavailable." So, everyday I get mails "when the gadget is coming back?". I know it is very hard and time consuming to get the gadget enabled again so it would be better to put a message like "Gadget disabled due to DMCA issues". Another suggestion is to give some info to people who find the disabled gadget in the directory. All they get now is a blank page. Or just remove it from the directory.
