I thought it would be nice to use a simple iGoogle gadget as an example for my first year CS students, so I added the Gadget Editor to my home page and -- try as I might -- I could not get it to load a file from a URL or from any of its templates under "new".
I had never used the Gadget Editor before, so I thought I must be doing something wrong. Web searches turned up nothing. Finally it occurred to me that maybe it was a problem with Chrome so tried it with IE. The editor worked first time like a charm. It is quite possible there is something I'm missing, after all I'm just getting into this. Has anyone else got a current version of Chrome and Gadget Editor to work together? It seems that some of the basic Google technologies work better with competitors' offerings than with each other. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "iGoogle Developer Forum" group.
