Hi Soop, Notice the synd=open in the URL you provided. The directory you are using is for syndicated gadgets (gadgets to be used on webpages, blog pages, etc.). In the early days of Google gadgets, the different directories seemed to have been in sync most of the time, but for the past year or so, we are very often experiencing issues like this.
My suggestion to you would be to file this in the legacy iGoogle issue tracker (see the link in this forum sticky post). This will get processed and someone should take care of putting your gadget back in the syndicated gadget. What's sad though, is if this gadget got lost once, it will likely happen again, so what this carefully and reopen your issue in the tracker when needed.
