We are still seeing this problem for selected instances. For example, for the same account, viewing our gadget on two different machines (using the same browser version) yields different results. With one machine the switching works, the other machine the switching doesn't. This problem repeats what we saw prior to the general switching outage.
Note : the error console gives this error in the situation where the switching does not work, Warning: Empty string passed to getElementById().
