Hi Garreth,
I just gave this a try, as I have seen this functionality work fine
before, and I found this was very useful. The 2 gadgets I tried (the
Google Gmail gadget, and my Woot! Watcher gadget) were both sent find
with the correct email title ("See "Woot! Watcher" on your Google
homepage"). As you mentioned the WP News feed in your post, I tried
sending a feed the same way (I used the Slashdot feed), and there I
could reproduce the problem you described, the email was not embedding
the feed title, but just "".
Have you seen the problem with gadgets which are not just RSS feeds
rendered by the iGoogle feed reader? If you have, this would be useful
if you could post the gadget URLs here, and/or you could create an
issue in the bug tracker.
Thanks,
Jerome
