Hi Al, If you are trying to submit your RSS feed for inclusion to the iGoogle directory, then this is not possible. As far as I understand, Google will automatically add you feed to the iGoogle directory once there is some users reading your feed from Google properties. What you should do to get this initial base of subscribers seeded is to add a +iGoogle button on your website or blog. You can easily create such button using this tool: http://www.google.com/webmasters/add.html
