Hi sas, Is this request in any way tied to an existing gadget that users have installed? If so, you can use the REST/RPC client libraries to connect to a specific OpenSocial container. If not, you can use 3-legged OAuth on sites that support it to allow the user to log in to the container site and grant your site permission to access their data.
In either case, the OpenSocial client libraries group (http:// groups.google.com/group/opensocial-client-libraries) is probably a better place for this question.
