Hi, Google had announced they plan to phase out inline gadgets for non- Google developed gadgets and while they did allow it for existing inline gadgets at the time they had stated they plan to increased the threshold over time for disabling gadgets that were previously allowed giving developers who used them time to convert them over to non- inlined gadgets. It sounds like they may have bumped this threshold up again causing yours to no longer run/work. So, even though yours may have worked before Googles long term plans were to eliminate all non- Google developed inlined gadgets over time.
Only a Googler can confirm if this is the case though.
