I dont think its supported right now, i tried using this feature last november and although it deployed on igoogle, it didnt work properly because it caused my browser to go crazy and sent it into an infinite refresh loop.
I found this issue raised at the time ... http://code.google.com/p/igoogle-legacy/issues/detail?id=202&colspec=ID%20Type%20Stars%20Summary%20Status ... but it has been blocked which suggests to me that the pubsub has since been taken down (yet they have left the documentation online which is confusing). I just tried the examples i had used previously and I now get the same error as you which pretty much confirms that pubsub is no longer which is a shame because it would have been ideal for the project i was working on. Hopefully someone from google can make this clear or explain what is happening with pubsub. tom On Apr 10, 12:02 am, halv0112 <[email protected]> wrote: > I have been trying to get the example portlets from this page in the > documentation to work both on iGoogle as well as in portlets running > in gmail: > > http://code.google.com/apis/gadgets/docs/pubsub.html#Example > > Doesn't seem to work in either place. > > On iGoogle it gives the message: > > Error parsing module spec: > Attribute 'publish' is an unknown or unsupported XML attribute > Did you mean 'url'? > > and > > Error parsing module spec: > Attribute 'listen' is an unknown or unsupported XML attribute > Did you mean 'site'? > > Am I missing some config parameter in my xml or is this feature no > supported? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "iGoogle Developer Forum" group.
