I don't know what steps I could give you that the reference page (linked to earlier) doesn't. There's no trick to it, generally; include the library (with the Require element) and call the _IG_AdjustIFrameHeight function in your code. If you can post the URL of your gadget, that would enable the rest of us to see what's going on, and possibly offer some specific tips. Otherwise, nothing beyond general advice is possible.
