AFAIK, there is NO documentation for the Weather API - at least, none
that I've ever been able to find. To me, that also means that it has
no terms of use. :^) So if it were me, I'd go ahead and use it. But
IANAL, and YMMV. [Can anyone think of other abbreviations I can use
here?]
