So my problem is that I was (unfortunately) using geocities to host my gadget. (http://www.geocities.com/g.foltz5/almanac.xml). But for the last two days, they have made this page unavailable. I'm guessing it's not temporary, though I haven't heard from them yet.
I have not yet registered this gadget because when I originally wrote it, there was no way to do such a thing. Since I'm unable to edit the original file, I have no way of completing the registration process. Is there anyone at Google I can work with to make this transition? I've already moved the gadget to a new home on gmodules.com. (http:// hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/101126742265493886712/ almanac.xml).
