Yes, the issue still exists with this gadget on iGoogle.

Dan, are you seeing the complete gadget on iGoogle once you submit the
form?  The expanded gadget should show the form, the map, and textual
directions.  Often, it's difficult to tell there is more content
"below the fold."  You may have to find a way to "scroll" the gadget
down, such as clicking within the gadget to highlight the content as
you drag.
