The Sandbox is Google's testing environment for pre-release iGoogle
features, not your own private area. There's nothing to stop anyone
using any gadget, all we need is the URL of its XML source file. You
don't need to publish the gadget, just post the URL here.

There definitely are some problems currently with
_IG_AdjustFrameHeight, but until we can try your gadget out for
ourselves, we can't tell if those problems are affecting you or not.
