Ok, here is the update and how I got this fixed.  For those of you on
IIS and URLScan, make sure you have this limit to be at least the
length passed back by Google.  In my case my query string was 247
characters long
(container=open&mid=1&v=817ec610393f7331fe728044932d21e&lang=all&country=ALL­
&view=home&up_refID=WS060900DY000000&source=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ccrane.com
%2Fgadgets%2Ftest.aspx&parent=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ccrane.com%2Fgadgets
%2Ftest.aspx&libs=core%3Acore.io)   Once I updated this parameter and
rebooted IIS, BINGO my gadget started to work.
