I know that if I hand out my URL link to people they could easily change whatever they wanted and that is not what I want. I would like to know if there is a way that I can secure that URL page that contains my XML code?
When I post my gadget to the directory, will anyone be able to access my gadget code even if I don't give them the direct URL? I wanted to make a gadget that was very user friendly and useful which took me about 3 days. Now I'm not sure if I want to make it public because I don't want anyone stealing my gadget and then have to deal with DMCA. I posted one version of it on Google modules(I think) and it showed up with a link to my XML page, so I quickly went back to may iGoogle and saved it as another name and deleted the XML in the one being displayed on that site and saved it before deleting it completely. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "iGoogle Developer Forum" group.
